Becoming Victimless

Lets dive into this quote because it honestly will set the tone to get you started on a path of freedom, from your restraints.

We all have pasts and some still haunt us to this day and it is because when it occurred we never fully lived out the emotions of them, which then, doesn’t allow us to move on without letting it affect our future.
It is so important to unlock those emotions and anger you have stored away because if you still react to the thought of the situation that means you still have not fully allowed yourself to feel it all, react to them, learn the lesson, be grateful and forgive yourself and the situation.
I will stress again, forgiveness is not saying that you forgive what took place but it does mean you see things from all angles not just black and white.

By that quote I mean, we are never given something we personally cannot conquer, we were given that situation to allow ourselves to help those around us that are not strong enough yet to conquer it.  No one wants advise from someone that doesn’t truly know what we are going through and I believe that is why some of us go through really bad experiences.  After all you are here and you did live through it, I am not saying what you or I have endured doesn’t suck but you can play victim to it or you can kick this situation in the butt and WIN!!!  Someone somewhere is waiting for you.  You CAN do it!

Becoming a victim in your past is not where we were sent to be but to SHINE in our light and stand in our Power. It does take work but through my teachings and examples to get to the very root of what situations in your life are holding you prisoner look on Pages 8-25 (chapter 1).

We will stay prisoner to that situation until you go back in time and write down when it all started and how it has affected you up until this very moment in your life.
In my book, I have you go step by step as if I was there coaching you to really find the root and how to dissect it till you can see it from a different perspective and allow yourself to unlock those bottled up emotions, feel them (there will be crying, anger, guilt, etc, so be ready and be ok with this), react to them, learn the lesson, be grateful for what it has actually taught you, forgive yourself and the situation while saying “thank you, thank you, thank you, I no longer need this lesson & (situation) in my life and I let go of that which no longer serves my highest good.”

My first 2 chapters are definitely the hardest to get through if you do exactly what my exercises ask you to do.  It brings up a lot of emotions that have been bottled up, it brings up guilt in the choices and reactions you may had, brings up old anger and so this is an emotional rollercoaster so when I am telling you to do an exercise it may be best to do one situation at a time and not 2+ in one sitting.  If you want to move forward do not rush this book. Yes it’s a book but its more of a guide with exercises that need to be done thoroughly and seriously.

In advance I Love You and please let your walls down to get these old past hold ups out of your life for good.  They truly wear you down emotionally, physically & mentally.  I know from experience that its easier to bottle up those hurts and anger and it does the trick at that moment but man it haunts you and creates triggers when you least expect it which then in turn brings up the festering emotions we really have not truly dealt with yet.  No more being a victim but instead Victorious!!
